1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the primary currency used on the hsi77 platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use hsi77 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. hsi77 enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and when placing bets.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information, including false identity documents, is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an hsi77 account, you must complete the following steps:

2. Enter your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license).

hsi77 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Only one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method is permitted. Creating multiple accounts (known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Account Security and Password Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hsi77 account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family, or anyone claiming to represent hsi77 support.

hsi77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account if you have failed to maintain adequate security measures. 3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit, but hsi77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

3.2 Deposit Processing Times and Fees

Most deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallets are credited to your hsi77 account instantly or within 5 minutes during normal banking hours. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience slight delays. hsi77 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

3.3 Source of Funds and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

You warrant that all funds deposited into your hsi77 account originate from a legitimate and legal source. hsi77 operates under strict anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time, including:

• Bank statements showing the origin of deposited funds.
• Proof of employment or business income (e.g., salary slips, tax returns).
• Documentation of inheritance, sale of assets, or other legitimate income sources.

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of funds pending investigation. hsi77 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence units in all jurisdictions and will report suspicious activity as required by law.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

You may withdraw funds from your hsi77 account to any Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by hsi77 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

hsi77 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee as stated on the withdrawal page. Your bank or payment provider may also charge receiving fees.

4.2 Verification Requirements for Withdrawals

Before processing your first withdrawal, hsi77 requires completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You must provide:

• A clear, color copy of your government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• A recent proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) dated within the last 3 months.
• A selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face (if requested for enhanced verification).

Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is complete. Accounts that fail verification or provide false documents will be permanently closed, and all balances will be forfeited.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions and Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. For example, if you deposit Rp 100,000, you must place at least Rp 100,000 in bets before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to all players, regardless of whether you accept a bonus.

If you accept a bonus, additional wagering requirements apply as stated in the specific bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements), which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit) must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn. Common wagering requirements at hsi77 include:

• Welcome Bonus: 30× (Bonus + Deposit) — must be wagered on eligible games within 30 days.
• Deposit Bonus: 20× (Bonus only) — must be wagered within 14 days.
• Cashback: 3× (Cashback amount) — must be wagered within 7 days.

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture and Expiry

Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire after the stated validity period. If you do not complete the wagering requirements within the timeframe, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited, and only your original deposit (if any) will remain in your account. You may also manually cancel an active bonus at any time via your account settings, which will forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings immediately.

6. Betting Rules and Game Terms

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any hsi77 content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which hsi77 is licensed. To the extent permitted by law, Indonesian law principles may apply where the user is a resident of Indonesia.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of hsi77 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in our licensing jurisdiction.
